Description
Role: Full-time Business Development Trainee (4-month training) → Business Development Associate.
Location: Mahindra World City, SEZ, Jaipur (on-site).
Experience: Freshers / recent graduates.
Training stipend: ₹20,000/month. Post-training CTC: ₹3.00 LPA fixed + performance incentives.
Working days: 6 days a week, 9 AM – 6 PM.
Requirements: Strong spoken & written English, confidence in international calling, MS Office, basic export-import understanding preferred.
Responsibilities: International lead generation, outbound sales calls, proposal & quotation preparation, client follow-up, market research.
